The AB Suppressor AH6-Littlebird 22 can. There is a good chance you haven’t heard of this one. But you are going to be glad that you did. This can has a very unique and interesting design. If there are any downsides I sure haven’t found them.

Friend of the blog Joe filmed and put out this comparison between the (gas) suppression of an IWI Galil Ace and an LMT MRP AR15 (more info on each gun below). Interesting results. Make sure to give Joes channel a follow.
From the video description:
IWI Galil Ace Gen 1 5.56 (8.3in)
-KNS adjustable piston
-Rex MG7 .224 suppressor
LMT MRP 5.56 (10.5in)
-Carbine length gas
-Dead Air Nomad 30
How quiet can you get that rifle?
Stapler-quiet…
.22 suppressor details
I did not compile this data but it was brought to my attention. If you are looking for a .22 can (that’s “cool guy” for suppressor [which is still cooler than silencer]) here is some collected data that might help with your decision making. Click on the image to make it readable.
300 Blackout: Sig vs Q
The boy are at it again. Joe and Geoff put on the white lab coats and do science. Don’t forget to subscribe to their YouTube channel.
From the video:
A little back to back audio comparison between a 6.75in Sig MCX with the SRD762Ti-QD suppressor and an Aero Precision build with the 7in Q Honey Badger barrel and the Q Thunder Chicken suppressor. Ammo for both guns was Hornady Black 208gr subsonic. As you can see, the Q build did not like this particular ammo with the current gas setting. This was the first time running this ammo and the first time I’ve ever had gassing issues with the Q setup.
Compare an AEM5 to a OCM5 suppressor.
A couple of friends of 30MC did a little comparison between an Allen Engineering AEM5 and an Otter Creek Labs OCM5 using 55gr Hornady ammunition. The AEM5 was on the Mod 1 and OCM5 on the Mod 0.
Silencerco Omega 9K and Rugged Obsidian 9
All about the cans. Here we have a Sig MCX Virtus ASMR 300 Blackout. First using a Silencerco Omega 9K and then a Rugged Obsidian 9 in the full configuration. Not a 30MC video.
Compare a bunch of different suppressors with Joe and Geoff. An M203 as well.
A great comparison video of a bunch of different cans. Give Joe a follow on his channel. He is doing more and more of this type of video.
How quite is a subsonic suppressed rifle?
We have all seen suppressed weapons in movies. But how quite can you get with subsonic ammo? Joe and Geoff show us. Oh and an M110 as well. Notice how the subs don’t even cycle the bolt.
